Sky One Holdings, LLC (“Sky One”) annouced effective October 14, 2014 that it has changed the name of its private air charter services company to Privaira air charter services. The company which had headquarted in Ft. Lauderdale moved its operations to Boca Raton Airport in early 2016. Privaira specializes in the on-demand air charter service, aircraft management and maintenance of private jets. Privaira operates a diversified fleet of business jets ranging from turbo-props to long-range, large cabin aircraft.
